Agents who are currently residing in Tunisia, and who are car owners, or with access to a car, are needed in all areas, particularly Hammamet, Nabeul, Sousse and Monastir on a casual, as-and-when basis.  Our clients, who come from many different countries around the world, would need to be met at a pre-arranged meeting place, usually the reception of the hotel where they are staying and driven to the property or properties, that they would like to visit. 

The client will be charged a set amount of 20 British Pounds (around 50 dinars) to be given to the agent, which will cover petrol costs and the 1-2 hours maximum, that would be needed to show the properties to the client.  The client will be informed, that this will be refunded, at the signing of the Promise of Sale, should he or she choose to purchase a property.

Our commission charges as an agency are currently 5% of the purchase price or 3% on certain properties over 500,000 Dinars.  If the Agent manages to procure a sale, he or she will be awarded a percentage of the profits (to be discussed), receiving this amount at the Promise of Sale.
