if we have our children in Tunisian, will they be intitiled to a passport? my husband is tunisian im english with a english passport ?

They will be entitled to a passport but to make sure they are British Citizens rather than a British Subject register the birth with the British Embassy. My 1st baby is due in October and have been thru all the information.

Yes, they will have dual citizenship as long as you sort it out after the birth.  Don't delay this process as you never know when they will change the rules to exclude people in your situation.  Under Tunisian law your children will have to travel under your Tunisian passports and if you wish to travel with them without your husband you will need a letter from him giving his permission legalised by the municipality.
