NO MARMITE IN TUNISIA

Hi , My name is John, ive lived in Tunisia for 5 years , at Khezama, sousse.

At the end of January 2011 i went into the Biat bank at Hammam Sousse to pay my apartment rent for February 2011, it was to be paid into an account at the STB  Bank Gafsa, the money was not paid into this account , and after 18 months of seeing various staff at the Biat bank , i still cant get any satisfactory answer , i have the reciept showing my payment, but they always seem glad to see me to door and say goodbye , and with no answer.

Has anyone else had a similar problem to this .

No but I had an issue with my bank and wasn't getting anywhere for months until I got angry and said the next time I come in I will be with my lawyer and an official complaint to the head office and the British Embassy.  They sorted it out there and then.  Make a fuss, stay polite, but make it clear you won't give up until the issue is resolved.
