I rent a nice unfurnished apartment in a block in Sousse about 200 metres from the beach. It is 2 bedroom, salon, kitchen, hall/diningroom, bathroom. I pay rent 12 months in advance and negotiated a price of 340td a month.

We are located 2 minutes away from the beach and we are in walking distance of all shops and restaurants, and a 10 minute walk to the Medina.

Looks like a spammer for holiday rentals 159-269Euro a week!!!! 

We just found a 2 bed in Hammam Sousse in front of Monoprix for 400TND a month, furnished with security & aircon picking up the keys tomorrow!

for local priced rents, I used google translate to read them.

it's good that u found a nice appartment with a great price  but prices will be changed in the summer !!! thx google translator 

Even with the raise for summer they will not be as high as you stated especially as she is looking for 3 months.

well if you see the furnitures and the quality ,then you can judge !! it's very romantic...and massive !!  and when u open the window you can see the beach...not front of Monoprix to see people wat they buy ... i think she's coming for holiday and no matter the price to have a good one !! anyway i just try to help her !! i'm not the owner of the appartment!!!
